Local multiplayer keep freezing on every game

Hi! First of all, why are language seems to be mixed on the Xbox forum? I see French and English post all mixed up through the whole forum, this is a bit annoying.

I decided to come on the forum and write about a problem I started having on Xbox One and I believe the culprit to be the newest update from the preview update program (Should I post this on their forum? I'm having a hard time finding that forum). The problem
is that every game I try to play in local co-op, it freezes at some point and shut down the whole console. Not a single one is working anymore. They all used to work perfectly fine and now we can't enjoy anything. I even decided to buy a Nintendo Switch for
Christmas so that we can finally play local without freezing issue (and if I ever get freezing issue on that as well, I give up on gaming forever). I owned every major console since de NES and I must say I find the Xbox One to be the worst of them all because
it is the only one I got troubles with. I have 2 Xbox One and both are having the same issue. Both are in the Preview Update program, one is the original and the other is a Xbox One S. I don't believe this has anything to do with the issue but since it only
freezes in local co-op... we are playing with 2 wired controller; 1 original and one PDP afterglow, both with PDP controller wires (because of course the Microsoft branded one I had broke for no reason, the same my first microphone stopped working for no reason).
When I got my first Xbox One, I had to return to the store because the controller's B button wasn't working, making me lose the Day One controller for a normal one. The last few games we've been playing were Cuphead, Wizards of Legend, Kingdom Two Crowns Beta
(Though this is a beta, I accept it can freeze), Bit Dungeon Plus.

What do you guys think? Anyone are having similar issue? What should I do about it? It is very frustrating because I want to play those game and I chose to play on console instead of PC to avoid problem like this, but at least on PC you can find and fix your
problem.

Freezes when trying to connect for rivals mode

Freezes when connecting for opponents in free play and rivals. All I can play is the base game campaign basically and local multiplayer match play. I enjoy this game too much to not be able to access every mode available.

downloaded the game on release day and the game keeps freezing on main menu, cant play campaign neither multiplayer
