Discus and support Local Multiplayer games for Xbox one other than Sports games? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Does anyone have a list of Games that can play local single unit multiplayer?     Local Multiplayer games for Xbox one other than Sports games?


    Does anyone have a list of Games that can play local single unit multiplayer?

    I have NHL 2k15 and Minecraft and they can do it.

    I would assume that any of the Sports games can do local multiplayer

    I was just looking for some other games that my kids can together with friends when they come over.

    Xbox One doesn't have local multiplayer games, except for sport games.

    thank you for your reply.

    We have just local profiles that want to play against each other.

    We have this Kinect Sports which came when we bought the Kinect.

    Yes you are right, we want the local multiplayer but want it to display our profiles rather than random guest accounts.

    The Co-Optimus Prime website is a pretty good resource for info about co-op games. You can search for games by system and look for what they call "couch co-op" which is local multiplayer:

    "Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition" is an excellent game.

    It's local co-op that doesn't involve a split screen and works really well.

    On the ONE your kids can have their own profiles meaning that they can save their own characters as they develop as well.

    It's my wife's favourite game and one of my top favourites as well.

    I've got a friend that has purchased an XBOX One and we're looking for some games to play together, a quick search of this subreddit brings up a

    few
    earlier     mentions of this but I've yet to find an actual list (except for
    this     one with a whopping 6 titles on split screen co-op). Does anyone have a list of local cooperative games, split screen or perhaps even turned based?

    Local and multiplayer at the same time!??!

    I'm not sure if you quite understood what I was saying. I know all the sports games have local multiplayer and they have online multiplayer. On NHL 20 me and my friends can sit here on the couch and be on a team against other people online and that's what I'm trying to find in other games instead of just one or the other. But thank you for your response 😎
