Local Cache always full

I've had an issue where upon booting my xbox one a notification pops up saying that "Local Cache is full! Stats are no longer being saved. This can affect achievements and leaderboards. To start saving stats again, go online".

I've done everything under the sun to try and fix this issue as an achievement remains locked despite my having done the requisites for said achievement. I have:

Hard reset my xbox.

Unplugged the power brick from power over night to try to clear the local cache.

Removed my account from the xbox, hard reset, reattached my account to the xbox.

Cleared Bluray persistent storage and hard reset my xbox.

I've probably done other things that xbox support has suggested as well but it still will not fix my issue. If anyone has some insight i'd love to hear suggestions

It seems i've solved my own problem. An adblocker that was set up in my home was keeping certain domains from contacting the xbox console, thus making the xbox think it was "offline". much appreciation for the time and consideration!

Hello Pavlov,

Thanks for coming to the forums. How full is your storage on the Xbox. If it is near max, this can cause this issue as it will be unable to cache things correctly. If it is, try removing a game or two that you rarely play. Doing this will not delete the
save data as it is saved to the cloud(if connected online). You could try a
soft factory reset as maybe the OS files are corrupt in some way.

Try reconnecting it to Xbox Live.

That should solve it.

I tried that . It did not work. Thankfully now the problem is solved.
