Lobby/ Private Lobbies for MP Modes?

Does anyone know if they are considering adding this to the game. I LOVE PvZ but my main gripe is the lack of a private lobby for the MP modes. I played with a buddy today for almost 3 hours straight and we didn't get to play the new Zomboss Down map once!
I think this is the one thing the game is really missing. It'll be asked to get yor friends on your team and being able to select a map would be great.

Was out last night or might have dipped in. I've heard lobbies are difficult. Did you try a private lobby?

I for a private matches. So I do not have to deal legswitchers.

 

What are legswitchers? And man, not having a lobby is getting to me tonight. I'm trying to find a match but I keep getting put on a plant team. I want to level up my zombies

 

Once you play as zombie, next time as plant and so on: a private lobby does not help on this.

If you want to play only as zombie you are one of those who change team every time, which is sad.

Just imagine if everyone just want to play as zombie: what will happen?

 

I switch every time it lets me. I am not a fan of the plants.

 

Yea i mean, i think everyone prefers zombies, at least for G&G.

But someone has to play as plant to let people play as zombie.

I never switch for any reason: if my team sucks really bad i just esc and search for a new match.

There is nothing "sad" about it. I played Garden Ops pretty much exclusively since launch so I just like a break from Plants. I just started getting into G&G a few weeks ago. I play as Plants as well but would prefer to play as Zombies and level them up.
There is nothing wrong with switching, if there was I'm sure they wouldn't give you a option to throughout the whole match lol.

Also, I want a private lobby to make it easier to play with friends and select a map, not just to pick a side lol.

 

I think I need to clarify... I only switch at the beginning of the match and if it doesn't let me... so be it.

 

Legswitchers are the one that slow down every players connection.

 

Oh ok, I notice lag as well mod game. I would also like to be able to set up a lobby beach at I've found myself coming in real late in the match, sometimes when cutscene is coming on lol.

 

tCruzin4yfe, Technically there is a problem with switching, but that is beside the point. There are some servers that have barely any players. Once the other players leave, it's you and your friends for the rest of your time. Trust me, I've been on servers
with 12-ish people only for it to come down to one other player and three of us in a party. Although this is a rare occurance, it may still work.

 

No, there is no probably switching. If there was then there would be not option. This isn't "glitching" the game. It clearly has a RB (switch teams) at the bottom Of the re-spawn screen.

There's always a possibility of a one sided game. Played last night as plants with a buddy. By the 2nd garden most of the team disappeared. We just laughed and kept playing. By the next garden we had a full team, no big deal.

That's why I wish we had lobbies so we can start one and let people join in on a team they prefer. Right now we are normally put in mid match or at the beginning (even at the end). I've NEVER joined a game that's still in the lobby. It would also make it
easier to invite friends to be on your team instead of hoping there's space

 

I could tell that the Switch Teams option isn't a glitch.

I was referring to a glitch used via the Switch Teams option.
