Loat my Gold Membership

if you physically lost the leaflet/paper with the code for the free subscription on it, then we can't really help, you will need to check the box/papers yourself to see if you can find it.

If you already redeemed the code then see these steps:

​please double check
http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there. If the subscription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
   
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

3. Redownload your profile

If you have a current Xbox live Gold membership, and the game you're trying to download is gold free, then it is free as long as you have gold membership. I have a few games that I got for free using my gold membership.

My guess would be that anyone that plays off of the box with the gold membership, said gamertag with gold membership will be penalized.
