Loads of GamerScore disappeared

Went from 145,000 gamerscore to 39,438 randomly. Don't have any strikes on my account, not even sure it's possible to mod achievements on XBO.

At first I thought it was just a hiccup on the mobile app, but it quickly spread to my actual console and even TrueAchievments. I tried recovering my account, hard reseting the Xbox One, and most other widely recommended methods. Still haven't been able
to get the achievements back.

The weird thing is that when I look at my overall achievement page, a game can say 0/1000, but once I click on it to see the individual achievement page, it will show the correct amount I should actually have.

Except I didn't tamper with my gamerscore. It's not even possible to tamper with your gamerscore for Xbox One games. And all my games weren't cleared, it just seems completely random which are currently showing as 0/1000 and which aren't.

Well since I can't edit my post

I finally signed in, but I have no avatar, no gamerscore, the dashboard is horridly slow, and nothing is loading. Everything on my hard drive is still there, but it won't stop prompting me to choose an avatar. My old one has somehow disappeared along with
my gamerscore and my achievements.

Sorry, my english is not very good, yes my problem is all my gamerscore of all xbox one game has disappeared, only xbox one game has disappeared, not 360, for example have normaly 218k gamerscore, but now have 76k (its only gamerscore of 360)

My history completely disappeared too, but my gamerscore is safe so far. But my friend unlocked an achievement and his gamerscore completely reset...
