    Loading story mode stuck after latest update. please help!!


    I just downloaded the latest update for gta v. After doing this I go to play the game and it loads a little bit on story mode and then immediately sends me into the xbox one home screen. Before this update the game was perfectly fine. I've done the reset
    and uplug method and it hasn't helped at all. I'm wondering what I can do to solve this problem. Is there any way I can maybe delete the last update and retry it? I'd appreciate the help greatly. Thanks

    Same issue here. Stuck on "Loading Story Mode."

    The only thing I'm about to do is load this back into the box and return it.

    Cant use Xbox app........ and the support is crap!

    Having the same problem as hungryfatbear, app starts to load, stuck at a green screen. Its the 11. version and this only started after the latest windows 10 update.

    I am having a similar issue to Averscer's,

    I installed the game, download speed was fine, finally opened it and it was stuck at the "Loading Story Mode for ______" screen with the girl in the red bikini. The circle continued to spin, and the tips on the side of the screen continued to update. I quit
    the game and restarted the xbox, and encountered the same issue. After uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I am again getting stuck at the same screen. What else should I do to get this to work?
