Loading of Flight Simulator Acceleration disc

I believe that additional information is needed:
Is this issue happening with Flight Sim 2020 or flight sim X?
Are.yiu using Windows 10 or 11?
And which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this problem
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

If you’re inserting it, that tells me you bought the Windows disc version and live in Europe, or that you bought a copy of Flight Simulator X which is PC only. There is no Xbox disc release at this time.

No disc version of Flight Simulator will work on any Xbox

Flight Simulator 2020 only works on Series consoles, One consoles are not compatible

The FSX Gold Edition is the newer version as it includes the Deluxe Edition and the Acceleration expansion pack.

The activation process can sometimes be tricky, especially on newer operating systems like Windows 11. First, run FSX in compatibility mode for an earlier version of Windows, such as Windows Vista or Windows 7. If you encounter issues with the Acceleration disk not prompting for a key, you may need to edit the registry or use the FSX Software Licensing System Reset Tool. Ensure that FSX is properly installed and activated before attempting to activate the Acceleration pack. Detailed steps can be found here:

If you are still encountering difficulties, it may be worth considering upgrading to a more recent flight simulator platform such as Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 or X-Plane 12. My flight simulator will not load after reinstalling drivers, etc. to make sure windows, drivers, etc. are all updated. I have only been able to get pass initial loading twice. It worked twice, so not sure why I cannot load today and yesterday? This is
terrible roll out of Flight simulator where it don't work most of the time.
