Loading my xbox one for the 1st time -- no option screen for step 10 (sign in)

Sorry to hear it. Is the console brand new or used? Can you try holding the power button until the console shuts down to see if that helps? If it does not you may need to return the console to the store for a replacement.

If you didn't select the Kinect sign in option or it loaded improperly the first time, you can redo it by following the steps at this link

I'm having the same problem but I can't sign in my profile. Their are two accounts on my xbox one but only the one in the first slot is signing in, the other one just takes me at a blank screen. So I tried to remove the account and add it back but it won't
even let me do that as well. It sits at a loading screen and I've turned on and off the xbox plenty of times and it still won't let me sign in. So I went to my 1st account and it signs in flawlessly but I noticed as I go to my notifications and click the icon,
it doesn't respond. I don't know whats going on, maybe it was the update, or maybe it was the lack of an update because when I got an update error I too turned off the xbox and on again and the update msg was gone. Microsoft please fix this!

I have the same Problem whit my series x and my one x have done the same steps whit the factory reset and after a coupel minuts in this stuck loading screen its give me a screen eher its sayes ther is a Problem and the Option to restart or fix the Problem all 2 ways leading back to the loading screen whit the green screen thats loading non stop

I changed the 1st option, the one that is directly associated with my profile, the one that is used to sign into xbox live.

I followed the links but they didn't help. Thanks for the reply.
