    Loading issues (Windows 10 PC)


    Several days ago I found that I was unable to load and play Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my PC, as within seconds the 'loading' window would close. Since then I have been trying everything I can think of to resolve the issue with no success whatsoever:

    • Reboot PC
    • Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter and WSReset. The latter suggests the cache "may" be corrupted, but won't fix it.
    • Update of Intel HD driver
    • Various Windows Powershell (Administrator) commands I have read about on numerous sites.
    • Virus scans
    • Uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft Solitaire Collection
    • Attempting to load and play Microsoft Collection through the Windows Store on PC
    • Attempting to load and play Microsoft Solitaire Collection through the Xbox app on PC
    I've no problems loading and playing other games that have been downloaded from the Windows Store, other than Microsoft Mahjong, which would suggest the issue has something to do with the Microsoft Xbox game apps and my PC. The Xbox app itself appears to
    be fine (no loading issues).

    Other than creating a new account, which I would prefer not to do, I'm at a complete loss.

    When opening the xbox app it says connecting and does not stop,and when i close the window it says "we cant sign you i right now" error 0x40b

    just happened to me last night, tried to launch a game on my windows 10 pc, loading and loading and loading,,,,,forever, never worked. shut down pc for the night, tried again this morning, same thing several times. support was NO HELP WHATSOEVER, they sent
    me here. HELP !!

    Unfortunately, there is no legal way for anyone to side load the Xbox app into Windows 10 PC without directly loading it from the Windows Store, the same applies to Windows 10 Mobile. And even if there was a way that side loading from a third party website,
    Microsoft would instantly react with cease and desist order as to protect their Intellectual Property.

    Sorry to hear the trouble you're having with Solitaire. Sounds like you've tried quite a few steps, thanks for clarifying the, with us! It sounds a bit redundant, but it can often help with install issues, after you uninstall the game, can you try a full restart
    and THEN install the game? Uninstalling and reinstalling will clear the cache and hopefully clear things up for you. Let us know if it helps Loading issues (Windows 10 PC) :)

    I have the same issue when trying to load the game from Xbox PC Game pass / I I think it’s a windows 11 issue. I have family members running this on windows 10 with exactly the same hardware setup as me and they have no issues

    Xbox app borked? Maybe a Live service issue?

    The Forza Hub issue is with the Windows 10 app. On the console it works fine and it logs me in instantly. With the PC version, I get the spinning loading circle for 10-20 seconds, then it says that the Forza Hub is currently unavailable.

    That's unfortunate :c

    I was thinking, are you able to temporary install the game on another PC to see if happens the same?
    In that way we can know if definetly is the saved progress or an issue with the game itself

    If it loads properly, and you're able to do it... Update your PC to windows 11.

    If you're not able to upgrade to windows 11, you may need to proceed formatting the PC and reinstall windows 10
