Loading game profile after downloading game online

It sounds like the issue you're experiencing may be related to a corrupted or missing game save file. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

yeah i contacted support online and they told me to delete my profile and then recover it, it started downloading it after input of i.d and password got as far as loading game infor then got the same error as you, the guy at support there is no more advice
they can give except to try again later

And still nothing after the clean reinstall?

Nope. Game crashes on load. Through troubleshooting I’ve traced the issue to something about the game reading my Xbox live profile. (Offline is fine, new profile fine, but cashes as soon as it tries to go online with my main profile)

-Please load up the game until it shows the title, don't press any button or don't enter the game once it loads.

-Press the View and Menu button at the same time. It will open the Xbox 360 guide.

-Press X button to sign out.

-After signing out, you'll see download profile.

-Once your profile has been downloaded it will update on the console.

-Enter the game

You buy the DLC from the online store and it installs to your HDD. After the DLC is downloaded and you play the game it will recognize the DLC is on the HDD and load it along with the game. You can play the disc version of the game with DLC.
