loading error?

    I installed a game today and when it finished downloading I tried to open it, but all it would do is show the loading screen then close. I've tried opening it a couple times and I tried restarting the xbox but it just did the same thing. Is there an easy
    fix to this? Thank you to anyone that helps!

    I can play MS Jigsaw on my Surface Pro 4. But when I try to play on my desktop computer, I can log on to my account and see my puzzles. But when I try to load a puzzle, it hangs on the Loading screen.

    I can play Jigsaw on my Surface 4. But when I log in on my desktop computer, I can log in successfully. But when I try to open a puzzle it hangs up on the Loading screen.

    It's not an error. The rec loading screen just stays up. Dosent load.
