Loading error on my pc gamepass

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you have an issue launching your games in your Xbox App. Let’s work together in finding the best resolution to this issue.

For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

• Is this working before?
  
• What are the changes made prior of having the issue?
  
• What are the steps you have taken to fix the issue?
  

I made research and found different methods to possibly correct the issue. The methods are as follows:

Method A. End the Task of Gaming Services

• Press the CTRL + SHIFT + ESC to open the task manager
  
• Under the processes Tab
  
• Locate the Gaming Services
  
• Right-click, select end task
  

Method B. Update Windows

• Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Install all pending updates
  

Method C. Repair Xbox App

• Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings
  
• Click on Apps and Features
  
• Locate the Xbox Game Pass
  
• Select Advanced Options then choose Repair.

no error messages, the game never technically crash, just never load.

no issues with any other games on PC gamepass, or computer in general.

If the game is different for Xbox vs. PC then it should be the same on GamePass. The Xbox version won't load on a PC.
