    Loading Error for game on Xbox One


    I was playing Mass Effect Andromeda until for some reason yesterday when I tried to play the game gave me a loading error message (saying it takes too long to load). I've contacted technical support TWICE and I wasn't given a permanent fix. The first time
    through I could play until it glitched and I had to do a hard shut down, then received the same loading error message. The second time through the game still gave me the same message and now all my games are giving me the same error loading message because
    I was told to reset my console.

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game with the same results. Can anyone help me with this?

    Sytem Error Code: E3050000000180073CFE

    Got a new xbox one Christmas Day. Logo Screen comes on, loading bubbles appear to be loading then system error code comes up. Says to contact support. System error code # E3050000000180073CFE.

    Loading Error for game on Xbox One

    Hey there!

    When that error message pops up, there's generally an error code that goes along with it. Could you provide that to us so we can take a peek? If holding down the power button for 10 seconds or so doesn't do anything, you'll want to try unplugging your console
    and your home network entirely. Wait 5 minutes and then connect everything again and give it another whirl. If that doesn't work, the next step I recommend trying is a

    factory reset     of your console. You can keep your games and apps when you do that so start with that option.

    Give all that a shot and let us know. Loading Error for game on Xbox One :)

    The error code is 8027025a.

    I have already done what you've said and it did not work. The second support person I talked with had me do the factory reset, which now made all my games give me the error code along with Mass Effect Andromeda. I have talked with 5 different people in
    technical support about this problem over 2 days and so far no one has given me a solution that has fixed this.

    Hey Venom,

    Sorry to hear the game won't load on your Xbox One X. Are you receiving a specific error message and error code when you launch the game? Is the game disc or digital? Are other games loading fine on your Xbox One X?

    Keep us posted with that information so we can further assist.
