loading Disc issue

Hi, I'm having problems loading games on my xbox one. Certain games (Titanfall) load first time everytime but others like elders scroll, lego batman, skylanders etc wont work. It doesn't recognise the game, so i have to eject the disc and reload it. I have
to do this up to 20 times before it finally starts. I have cleaned the disc before i load it & the disc aren't scratched. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Blu Ray Movie Stuck on Loading Screen

Upon putting a Blu-ray Disc into the machine and loading the app, the console doesn't load the content. It's currently stuck on the loading screen with the disc drive searching the disc. Anyone else have this issue?

 

Xbox One Disc loading issue

My Day One Edition Xbox 1 does not recognize discs. I literally have to insert and eject disc multiple times before it will read the disc. This affects games, blu-ray, music etc. I've cleared the persistent cache, rebooted, disconnected power and the
issue still persists.

Doing a search online I see that this has affected other users. How anyone here had this issue and has Microsoft helped to resolve?

 

The first thing I would try is a hard reset. To do this, hold down the Xbox logo on the front of your console for 10 seconds until it fully shuts down. Wait a few seconds and try it again.

Does anybody know of any xbox1 games that you don't have to download a bunch of updates for? I purchased 'dying light' yesterday and it said there was an update of about 2.8 gigs. Well, after over 4 gigs it was on 88% and all of my monthly allotment of gigs
[5gigs per month] was gone. I'm on Hughes Network and now I have to buy more gigs to download the rest or wait till the 17th of July to do it!!! Help!!! If you know of any games that you can play without having to download a bunch of content from xbox live,
I'd like to know. THANKS!!!

 

@ BatedElk5 most xbox one games have updates that how they get updated and fixed.

5 GB a month is no were need enough for gaming these days

 

Hey there BatedElk5. Unfortunately large updates are now becoming commonplace. One option that you have is playing offline and not downloading the update, but updates are to fix bugs and glitches, so you might run into issues with that. As for which games
don't need updates, usually older games will need one update, but there will rarely be any new updates in the future. I would post your question here:

Ragrding my issue. The turning it off works sometimes but i spent 20 minutes the other day trying to load fifa. Any other suggestions.

 

@ BatedElk5 like the others have said 5 gb is nowhere near enough, i had 40gb and had to upgrade it to unlimited.
