    Loading and connectivity issues with console.


    I was having a loading issue with an app and did a hard reset. When i turned my system back on i was still having issues with said app. Did another hard reset but it still didn't work. Decided to uninstall and reinstall said app. It wouldn't let me reinstall
    app. I got the infinite loading circle when i try to reinstall it from the store. the system would let me install other apps no problem. Decided to try installing it again later that day after running some errands.

    Turned on my console and this is when the real problems started. System started giving me the "App/game is taking too long to load" error. Controls were very sluggish and unresponsive. Couldn't bring up the side bar, games, apps, store, or anything without
    getting the load error. Console won't connect to XBL yet the system says all connections are fine. Tried restarting the console but issues persisted for a couple more hours before the issues seemed to start resolving themselves. Of course they only resolved
    themselves a little bit. While the sluggishness and unresponsiveness has gone away mostly i'm still having other major issues. After console start up i have to wait 10 to 15 minutes before i can try bringing up the side bar without getting the load error.
    My system still won't connect to XBL. I still get intermittent sluggishness and unresponsiveness but that's after console start up and seems to go away after waiting 10 to 15 minutes same with the loading error i get. My friend suggested to do a factory reset
    but i'm hesitant to try that.

    For sure you say? I haven't had a problem with loading apps in Call of Duty, streaming Netflix or Prime, and the only time I've had any connectivity issues is when it's been down for maintenance, or FIFA 14 has completely crashed my network.

    Xbox Start Up Issue

    I recommend that you startup your console while not connected to your Internet to see where the issue could lie. If it loads up quickly while offline, you may want to see what is wrong with your network connection. If it still takes awhile, try redownloading
    your profile as it could have old data stored that is causing your system to load slowly. If it still doesn't improve, then remove your hard drive to see if it loads up quicker. If it does, then your issue is that your hard drive is starting to fail and that
    you will need to buy a new one. If it still takes awhile to load, then it is an issue with the console itself and you will either need to send it in for a repair.

    I have an issue where no games will load up and the blu ray player will play a blu ray but it just gets stuck on the loading screen, Destiny keeps on saying you have no Internet connection, however when I go to settings and test my connection it comes up
    with the message 'everything is good your console is connected to the Internet' the only issue I can spot is with my multiplayer connection which states cannot find Teredo IP address??

    HELP!!: Last day or two NO videos are able to play thru the YouTube Xbox app.

    Never had an issue with videos loading. If I did, I'd check my connection, restart my console, and clear my cache. Try any one of those.

    Xbox shuts off when second Xbox is powered on

    It is recommended to connect the console directly to a wall outlet as connecting via power bar / surge protector may cause performance issues with the console. From what you describe it's possible that you may be putting too much load on your power bar and
    this is causing one of the consoles to shut down

    Hey Cranes! Just to clarify your last post, you only have this issue when connected to LIVE? If you physically disconnect, the console loads up to the Dashboard just fine?
