    When I load ark or rocket league on my xbox one (through game pass) they show the initial load up animations then a black screen.

    Hey there RealNEWMAN LFC,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to attend to this problem with your Game Pass games. I can totally understand how this could be pretty frustrating an issue to deal with. I suggest trying a soft
    factory reset     (the kind that keeps your games and apps installed).

    If that does not do the trick, I then suggest trying what we have here listed on Troubleshoot game issues on Xbox One.

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that positively affected the situation.

    Hi Brad,

    I have been playing ark and rocket league for months and never encountered this issue. I have tried the power cycle multiple times and this has not worked. And I have tried this with all the game pass games I have installed and get this issue with every
    single one of them. So should I uninstall 5 games one 96gb and not be able to play on my xbox for the next week??

    Hello Real,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. If these games were just installed, you could be getting this screen as it is attempting an update. We recommend trying a

    power cycle     on the console and then launch the game when it is back on. If continues may want to uninstall and reinstall the games completely.
