I have a blank screen for about 15minutes and then i have the xbox one green screen loading for ever... I wanted to get a call from the support but i did not received the email with the acces code that i need to enter .... What can i do ???

Hey Hamadryus,

Lets try some steps:

1) Please press and hold down the white Xbox Button on the Console itself and hold it until it shuts off completely. After that unplug your Power wire for 1 minute. Replug and restart your Console.

If it Comes to the green loading Screen again please wait around 15 Minutes to see if it passes and boots up. If not please continue with Step 2 below.

2) Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in. Press and hold the BIND button (Xbox One: located on the left side of the console, Xbox One
S: located under the Power button on the front) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console next to the disc drive), and then press the Xbox button on the console. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds. Listen for two
“power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

On the Troubleshooter navigate with the dpad to "Reset" and when aksed choose the Option to "Keep your games and apps". Please make sure you know your Email / Password combination of your Account before you do that.

Follow the process.

Thank you for the answer, but it didnt work either.... I even unpluged the power supply from the wall to be sure (my brother have had a similar problem last year)

When i hold BIND and EJECT, there is the sound of eject and then i press the xbox button and there is the xbox power-up sound.

I continue to hold for more then 30 seconds and then, nothing.

As i said i cant even get a call or chat from xbox because they dont send me any acces code in my email adress... is there a way to contact them in another way ?

That is very irritating not been able to get support when all solution seam to fail.



Info on the problem:

I think the problem came from youtube (or maybe any app could have crete this problem), I use my xbox for youtube as a radio. I select a song that i like and the app select the following song based on the first i chosed. At least i think that is how its
work. Sometimes, after many songs, the video stop and the loading logo appear. Even if i wait, it would not load, when this appen, i cant get out of the app or even out of the video whit my controller. It just keep loading. Its a kind of freeze. So i press
and hold the xbox power button and everithing work fine after. But i then it happen. Blank screen (no signal) for several minutes then a black screen for some minutes to and then the xbox one loading green screen infinitly.
