Load Times/Freezing

I purchased 2 console around January, one for me and one for my dad. Both consoles are very slow navigating. Example would be going to the friends list, i click friends and the screen darkens and just has the loading circle in the center, sometimes the circle
doesn't even come up the screen just darkens and nothing happens. I have to just snap back to the game im in. Its pretty much the same no matter what i do on the console. People i play with on COD say the same thing but i dont hear anything about this on the
research ive done. Any ideas?

Edit: And yes i have done hard resets

Tried it, but still no luck. Still freezing every time i try to start or load a game.

 

Games install but game updates freezing at XX%

I'm having problems with Dead Rising 3. Load times and freezing. Every other game works. I think its a software issue.
