Load center

Can you add some more info in your question? What load center are you referring to?

I rarely use media center (too darn slow to load on the 360), I generally just use the xbox's video player. I'll load up media center and see if that is seeing the new vids.

it probably broke your HDD. If you have the option, try connecting an external HDD if the Xbox loads it. If the Xbox does not even load an external HDD, there will be a problem somewhere else, but you will need to send the console to an authorized service
center.

When I click on your link to the service center, the page loads but tells me "error, access denied". How do I get fix that?

Yeah , it will load the offline dashboard fine, but not the online 1 on the days that I have trouble with it. Yes the little circle that keeps going around in the center of the screen.
