    load and save problems


    hi im after some help with a game for xbox one, can anyone help, i just got dead rising 3 disk second hand of amazon, it came as it should no problems. so i put the game in my xbox and it asks me to put the game on the console so i leave it to load, after
    that im asked to update the game so i did. so the problem i have is loading and saving the game, if im in a game and try to load last checkpoint all that happens is the screen turns red as if the players been damaged, if i try to save the game no matter what
    mode and no matter what way it never saves the game i.e pause and save or save locations on map, im starting to wonder if the data from the disk thats causing the problems, any help would be nice

    Rise of the Tomb Raider only starts with DLC installed, if console is switched offline.

    Hi, thanks for the reply.

    I deleted the local save files and it synched with the cloud saves without problems. So the local saves are the same as the cloud saves.

    If I switch the console to offline the game loads every save fine. I can even switch the console back to online after I got the game running and every save loads fine.

    It's only a problem with launching the game.

    If I delete every DLC the game launches without problems and every save works fine too.

    saving and loading ?

    anyone else having problems trying to save or load?

    I cant do anything, the auto save does not seem to work and I cant save or load a game, keeps saying that a save /load is in progress? what for 2 hrs? I don't think so, also tried starting a new game, but nothing helps.

    I can load my save I have from the main menu but cant load or save in-game...

    also when I try to quite to the main menu it stuck on the loading screen...

    please help load and save problems :(

    This is true, but the problem comes about when you save offline to your hard drive, it won't be synchronized to your cloud save. Meaning, if load the game later on, when back online, the cloud save, not the hard drive save will
    be loaded. Overwriting your hard drive save.

    You can stop the cloud save from loading, but you need to be paying attention when it happens.

    Hi, sorry but it's not possible to download game updates other than when connected to Xbox Live. What connection issues are you having exactly ? It could be something easily resolved, unless you just don't have internet at all of course :/

    AC4 saved game disappeared and replaced -- help please!

    I have also experienced this problem. When profile A is signed in save file A is loaded. Then profile B signs in and instead of loading save file B it overwrites save file B with save file A. Huge problem. With no way to back up our save files to fix this
    issue when it happens we are essentially restricted to one profile per console.

    ISamDI, as I said i had the same problem, but I solve this selecting "load career" and loading the save game with the earliest date and hour, in data case, May 2013 with the earliest hour. My save was always there. When I did this for the first time, the
    problem you described never happened again.

    Try this, and then post here again to say whether or not you could load your more recent save loading the earliest one.
