    Load a cloud save backup


    So i've been playing forza horizon 4 online on my pc all the time and now ive wanted to load it onto my laptop too. Sadly it started a new game and overwrote my cloud save. I thought that maybe reinstalling on my pc will solve it but it didnt so i wanted
    to know if i could backup my cloud save to get my progress back.

    @Post above: Try enabling Cloud storage and get into a private match in Gears 3, but you MUST choose Cloud as your storage system first. After starting the match go back to the main menu so it saves. After it finishes loading, return to Dashboard and load
    again, this time choosing the hard drive as your unit, it should synchronize your save with Cloud. And your backup file is done.

    Do what I do, and use the Cloud for backups of important saves. Just go to your HDD save and copy to cloud. :O)

    Is there a way to get my PC Game Pass save data from the cloud?

    technically correct but a lot of pc gamepass games I have retrieved the saves and converted to steam and gog successfully, the game must be installed and loaded once to sync, then I use game save manager to backup the save that is stored locally which is also synced to the cloud then a third party tool to convert said save.

    You should enabled cloud based storage and backup your game saves there. In this case, there's a backup copy in the event of HDD failure/Save file corruption/Accidential deletion, etc ...
