    Livonia DayZ DLC not working


    Hi,

    I bought DayZ the other day with the Livonia DLC.

    The game keeps telling me to purchase it and won't allow me to play it.

    I have tried everything from hard reset, re-downloading the DLC and nothing fixes it.

    I have contacted support who are absolutely useless and have not provided any help at all. They just say you played a digital game so we don't refund. In other words tough luck...case closed.

    No offer to rectify the issue or nothing. I have now replied to the e-mail and I just get the same generic e-mail stating case closed. I have contacted customer care via phone and they just told me we can't help and contact the developer......

    What an utter joke!

    I am protected by consumer laws in Australia that state I have the right to a refund or a repair for this broken mess.

    Why is it so difficult to get any help to this issue? It has been reported multiple times by other users.

    I want a solution to this or I will have no option but get consumer affairs involved.

    I bought dayz and the lavonia add on map on my Xbox one, when I went to redownload it to my series s it’s saying I have to re purchase it. Is this typical?

    Yeah I bought the Livonia dlc on December 9th. Same account. I guess I was playing the game pass version of dayz, but I definitely payed for the dlc and it try’s to make me pay agian.

    It's not typical to have to repurchase DayZ and the Livonia DLC if you already bought them for your Xbox One.

    Check your purchase history, look for DayZ and the Livonia DLC in your Microsoft account purchase history to confirm they were bought with the same account you're currently using.

    Make sure you're signed in to the same Microsoft account that you used to purchase the game and DLC on your Xbox One.

    Check everything i said, and if the dlc doesn't appear let me know to help you further.

    I'm having the same issue. It was working fine then I accidentally deleted dayz, when I re downloaded it I can't get Livonia to work and I'm having same issues with it as you. I also can't delete the dlc and re download it by itself. Sis u ever figure it
