Hey hard working people at Microsoft do you guys think that we can get a live Xbox profile picture feature so that we can put gifs as our profile picture . I was hoping that it could kind of be how discord works if you don't have the subscription then you cannot put a live profile picture or gif. please read this please

Unfortunately not, the only thing you can do is have your profile private. But this will affect many online games.

privacy settings but wasn't able to spot this specific feature, so I'm not sure if you're able to set this option for your gamer picture: https://account.xbox.com/Settings

There is no known timeline for the return of the custom profile picture. You'll have to keep tuned to Xbox Support for details.

As a general rule,if you have to ask then it's best not to do it or use the picture in your case.
