Live / Xbox account / app

Tldr - I use gmail and play xbox live. But There are a second xbox live account/profile, And an Outlook email address, connected to my microsoft / live / xbox self, Causing total loss of access to Xbox app or live.com when googke verification is attempted.
how do I get rid of the Outlook account and the old unknown Xbox live user profile that are connected to me so I only have my Gmail account and the Xbox live account I currently play on attached to me thanks) ** and yes, i followed steps to change my “alias”
but it wont let me remove the outlook account or make phone number my “primary alias” ** The origin of this problem is when I created an Xbox live account on my Xbox one, in additional to one I had on the original Xbox years before. I think. I remember it
prompting me to enter my Outlook email address, and the way they had it set up it look like you had to have an outlook address. so I went through the hassle of setting one up only to later find out you didn’t actually have to create an outlook address, you
could’ve used another address but they made that very unclear. I guess to get sign-ups for Outlook.

Anyway, so I currently play on Xbox live under the account that is connected to my Outlook email. But - My phone tries to run everything through Google. So the Xbox app, the live.com verification, tries to verify everything through my Gmail account which
is what my original Xbox live account is attached to I think. So I have an old account and a new account crossing paths and I cannot sign in anywhere. The Xbox App on my iphone tries to open the old account connected to Gmail but that’s an old unused account
I don’t even know how to access it. So it can’t do so and then it just gives me an error message and I can’t sign in. When I try to sign in it prompts me to enter my Gmail. When I try to sign in if I put in my Outlook address it tries to verify me through
Google and fails if that makes any sense. But if I put in my Google information that doesn’t work either because it’s an old account that doesn’t exist or something. This does not affect me playing on my Xbox I’m able to do that I just cannot sign into live
on my phone I cannot use an Xbox app or anything like that. how do I get rid of the bad email address and Xbox live account and only have the good ones and be able to sign into things please help me it’s so incredibly frustrating you can’t call anyone about
this you can’t pay anyone to fix it you’re screwed unless somebody out there helps you thank you
