Live won’t share

Can you please confirm that the Xbox Live Gold subscription is still active on your profile (set as home xbox)?

“1. Sign in to your account.

2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

3. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

4. Check "Make this as My Home Xbox".”

Once confirmed perform a powercycle on your console.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

What error are you getting

You have to make the consoleseries x your home console

You have to do this everytime you want to move your home console

Only the subscriber can roam

Sometimes the game publisher won’t allow game sharing certain features. A DLC can sometimes be the feature that they won’t allow you to share.

Never Never share your personal information over Xbox Live!! I can’t stress this enough... don’t do it & you won’t be scammed.

Unfortunately it hasn’t worked, I have a family account which I share Live is fine when I go back into my old Xbox one but just won’t work on my new Xbox S
