Live won't connect

Well this is sad and a lot of people are upset. I want it back up and working again too. I would also like to know the real reason it went down but I don't think that will ever really come out. Good luck to the tech team working on this. I guess it's pizza
and beer time.

 

This is ridiculous! 12 hours with no explanation!!!! You owe us at least an honest explanation as to why we can't log in. This is irresponsible and unprofessional!!!!!!!!!! We want an answer. It doesn't even have to be fixed. Just tell us what's going on
and ETA on the fix even a vague ETA is better then none at all!

 

Enough from moderators and ambassadors I want to hear from Xbox corporate! You mods and ambassadors just keep repeating the same thing with out providing a real answer! Enough is enough! We deserve answers! Microsoft, Xbox we your member, client and subscriber
base deserve a real answer!!!!!!

 

I'm actually glad this happened because I've been going back and forth on whether to get a PS4 or an XB1 - thank you x-box live team for making the decision easy for me. You guys are literally losing customers by the hour/minute...

Hey here's an idea - give us an idea on how live will be down (within the hour, several more hours) so we can get on with our *** weekend.
