Live won't connect

I've rebooted my modem three times already, the rest of my internet is working fine and your chat Isn't working. This is ridiculous!

I am trying to connect to Xbox Live but the system won't connect.

 

I'm in same boat tonight. Never had an issue before. I've spent two hours now going through every troubleshooting option available. HELP?!?

 

I have been trying to sing on for hours.. I was in the middle of a game and it just disconnected me and I am so sick and tired of this happening. I have internet and ran all the tests, My Xbox one is running fine. My 360 keeps giving me the code: 8015190e


Please for the love of cheese, tell me why this keeps happening and how exactly can I get refunded for loss game time!!

I'd like an explanation and I feel it would be a good business practice and good customer service to announce, why on earth has Xbox live been down/"limited" for more then 8 hours now. This is ridiculous! I pay good money for Xbox live and the support included.
So Xbox what's going on? Kindly enlighten us as to why we still can not sign in after more the 8 hours? I don't want a bs line, "we are aware of the issue" either. I want to know what the issue is and what your doing to fix it. Food for thought, I am tech
savvy and I have followed every bit of trouble shooting suggested as have countless others. All were asking for is an answer as to why we can't use a service we pay for?! Does Xbox plan to compensate it's member/subscriber base for this large amount of time

This is a service i pay for yet i dont know why i cant get on or when its expected to be fixed even psn releases constant updates regarding their server status and you dont have to pay them a dime, id atleast like to know what the hell is going on and if
theres an expected time for this to be fixed. I work all week and rarely have time to play but when i have the time i expect the services i pay for to be working somewhat.

So it's been 11 hours and you're still investigating?

One of my xboxes seems fine but my main one is the one having this same issue.

 

This is *** ridiculous. Fix it already

 

11 hours and no response as to why we cant connect gg microsoft, when you guys actually figure something put it might not be a bad idea to update the people who pay for your sevices, i almost wish it was just my internet all i would have to do is make a
call and id already be online.
