This is a weird one as its happening randomly when I switch HDMI's out to another input on the TV. When I come back to the XBOXone which is set to Live TV, there is no audio and I cannot get it back. Volume on the XBOX one is there when I tab away from Live
TV and play an app or game, but going back to Live TV the volume is muted. The only solution that has worked at the moment is to Restart Console.

Troubleshooting I have done to date:

Verified audio coming from Bell Expressvu receiver is working on another HDMI connection on 2nd TV when volume not working on XBOXONE Live TV

Rebooted Bellexpressvu Receiver. Did not change the status of volume on XBOX Live TV.

Replaced HDMI cable going from receiver to XBOXONE

Issue only started to happen after going NXOE

Anyone else having this issue? I have called XBOX support but they told me this issue is unique and told to go back to factory reset of the console which I am unwilling to do at this time.

Live TV Intermittent No Audio or Stuttered Video

Since receiving the NXOE I've had many occasions where live TV has either no audio or stuttered video playback.

I am able to fix this by performing a hard restart of the system.

I'd love a patch to resolve this, or at least the option to restart the live TV app. Since the update I only have the option to restart OneGuide, which does not restart the LIve TV app.

Volume changes when watching tv

Not sure if I'm going crazy or not, but it seems like the volume of my Live TV changes randomly. I don't mean that my console changes the volume of my TV, but that while I am watching it, the volume will go down and then back up. This change happens about
every 30 seconds. The console isn't changing the volume on my TV since I would see the volume bar pop up. This is really ruining my TV experience since I have to constantly manually raise the volume when it gets lower and when the console puts it back to normal,
the volume is too high so i have to lower it. I have AT&T U-Verse if that could help. Is there anything that could be causing this?

Yes, many are having this with NXOE where the xbox losses audio completely when changing the channel or using DVR directional controls.

XBOX support when I called indicated this is the first they have heard of this issue I told him I doubted that since it only started happening with release of NXOE. This only happens with Live TV, the XBOX has never lost audio. Sometimes a Restart Console
does not fix the issue

Mine is doing the same thing but my TV is a LG. I also checked with the phone camera for the IR blast during and after TV setup. During TV control setup I get the IR blast for mute and volume up and it controls the tv. But after setup just sitting on the
new NXOE build I do not get the IR blast for the Mute or and volume commands and every other IR blast command works that I tried besides those.
