Live TV support for Armed Forces Network?

On a whim, I typed in my APO AP zip code to see if Live TV on my new Xbox One would work with my Cisco D9865 Satellite Receiver. It didn't. Any chance there will be future inclusion for us military folks overseas?

you can use the armed forces billing address you gotta use the armed forces address though if you want more info on how to use military address contact xbox support in your region

So I can see this being a bit of a problem for those members of our armed forces who pack their XBox ONE's into their rucksack in the hopes of cracking it open late at night for a sneaky play while in the middle of the forest...

Fierst off I have an IQ of 137. So yes I understand how everything work. I work as a COBOL/VB/C++ programmer and I am the main IT tech. Yes there is a point. They have down time which is limited. Some may have more than others. They are allowed to
play. Though I think they might get in trouble if they use the encrypted up link to connect to live. Here is the link I read in case you missed it. I could not link it do to the WiiU limitations. HERE.
I don't care about John and Jane Doe. I do care about our military. That is my point. I really pulled my pre-order back and I am not getting one. I just wanted to see how much attention Unibrow was paying.

 

I would love this feature, i have the settop box programmed in so it can control it, but it doesnt have the guide working yet since no zipcode that i can find provides afn as an option. I am on TKS in germany

 

How did you get the XBOX ONE to control the AFN box? I am trying to do this as well, but I have no idea what the remote code is.

What is the Make and Model of the Set Top Box you're using with the console? We might be able to get you the information you need.

 

Just put in your APO zip code. It will say not found, then type in your AFN decoder brand. Mine is a Cisco. Use the Guide Me. It works, however you won't have use OneGuide for AFN listings.
