Live TV Not Working

Live TV through my Xbox One is not working. It worked for quite some time, but now the video feed freezes and stutters and occasionally goes black. I've tried the below:

1. Power cycling both my Xbox One and Set top box.

2. Switched HDMI cables.

3. Resetting the TV settings and going through the setup process again.

A couple things to note:

1. I am able to feed my Xbox 360 through my Xbox One with no issues at all. Everything plays fine.

2. I am in the Xbox One beta program to test out updates before they go live.

3. When going through the setup process to set up my Set Top box it has problems picking up. The signal to test the ability of the One to turn of the box doesn't work. After a few failed attempts it allows me to skip it and set things up manually. I can
do the set up after that with no issues, but nothing works still.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Live TV not working

Ever since I was in the Program for months. I have had issues with Live TV being a complete black screen for minutes on end and not even working. I tried everything. Ever since that happened, all I had to do was troubleshoot and TV reset and it fixes the
problem. Well today, for over 3 hours, it has not even worked. I tried multiple TV resets and everything Support told me to try and it still didnt work.

I plugged the 360 in and it worked so it has to be rejecting my cable. So up to now, I still cant watch tv.

Any fixes??

Last night I tried my TV app again, this time i got a frozen picture with some random text, i wouldn't call my issue resolved, but any type of picture is an improvement! Just wish i could get some acknowledgment that the issue is being worked on.

I have a similar problem, but I purchased my unit right around the April update so I can't confirm that it was the updates fault. I get a black screen with cable detected but never get picture or sound. Plugging my hdmi directly into the TV yields cable
just fine.

I have no picture or audio in the Live TV app...Black screen here, also. Tried all the suggestions, from re-boot, to complete reset....(including re-downloading all my apps and re-installing games.)

I have PM'd support, with a pretty good description of my issues. I got good response, at first...but I have not heard anything for over a week. They said they are "working" on my problem, but did not need my console I.D.

Agreed. I received a survey yesterday, and made sure that I answered all the questions in the hope that someone (anyone) will be enlightened to our issue. Normally, I just answer the survey questions...this time I filled out the comments section as well.

C'mon Mods/Ambassadors...how about some kind of update here.

Some of us cannot use your piece of entertainment for it's intended purpose.
