Live TV is terrible/unwatchable

Live TV terrible since the update mid August (18/08/14)

Very bad quality, looks like the refresh rate issue has resurfaced

Very disappointed that this issue still persists. Xbox One was marketed and sold as a multimedia console with all of these capabilities, yet this still doesn't work

It's a shame that American support for this console is so much greater than British and European Support

FIOS TV App Not Working

The other channels technically work now, but the buffering is terrible. Makes them unwatchable.

 

Terrible Playback & Inability to Download in Movies & TV App

I'm really tired of the terrible streaming quality in the Movies & TV app. In fact, I just don't understand why it's so terrible. Netflix plays great, Amazon Prime plays great my NAT is open, all of my online games play great, but
whenever I play a movie from Movies & TV, the quality is so terrible that it is unwatchable. If this streaming service is going to be so terrible, I either need the ability to download to my XBox One, or I want a refund for every movie I've purchased. It's
absolutely unacceptable.

As you can see on the Operating System Version support article the latest update improved Live TV stability, and should resolve the jittery TV issues you may
