    Hey All

    I just bought the Hauppauge Digital TV Tuner for the Xbox One am running into an issue where I'm receiving two channels that have matching numbers (ex. CBS [13.1], and Fox [13.1]). If I want to select the CBS channel, Xbox One defaults to the second channel
    (Fox). It seems no matter what I do it will not select the CBS Channel.

    I don't know if this issue is specific to the Digital TV Tuner or not, however I would like any advice on how to fix this. Is there a way to renumber/rename the channels or something? Please help! Thanks!

    Try this:
    support.xbox.com/.../incorrect-channel-numbers    . If that does not work, try a different local zip. If that does not work please PM me your TV provider, Zip code, and nature of the issue with an example, please!

    Out of date guide

    Talk talk tv have changed their channel numbers so one guide is out of date for them. I think one guide needs an update. Any support much appreciated!

    The numbers help distinguish between people with thr same gamertag. This will probably be something we have to get used to. Unless you have a completely unique one.

    The only way to avoid the number/suffix after your gamer tag is to pick an unique one. The number indicates that there is someone else with that gamer tag and it helps others to distinguish between the players.
