Live time rewards differ between rewards page and account page

If you are looking at your Microsoft Account page, then those are Microsoft Rewards Credits. Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards are two separate programs.

Xbox support cannot adjust a Xbox Live Rewards account. They awarded you a refund in our name, but that was not done through our Xbox Live Rewards program.
