Hi! Please keep it civil, even if you're mad right now. Besides that, suspensions are taken by persons who review every case, so it's safe to assume there's a reason for their actions.

 

Definitely not the best way to voice your concern. You may want to reach out to MS Customer Support directly to discussion any issues you may be having.

 

every case is looked into, maybe you had some cases already against you which is why you got suspension, id advise trying to stay calm and not losing it online as this will deffo not help your case

the enforcement team are not biased in the decision making, they are busy and look over every account that gets flagged down.

I think there is a more mature way to voice your concerns.

 

Make your criticism less aggressive and forward it to those responsible.

 

As far as I can tell, the enforcement team is fairly sound in their decision making.

 

The only way to contact anyone that can alter suspensions (or to appeal it or ask about it) is to contact enforcement through a case review:
Xbox Enforcement | How Do I Xbox support and phone support can not alter suspensions. Only enforcement can - and ONLY through a case review. To do a case
review your suspension must be active, have been applied within the last year and be longer than 24 hours. You may have to do a quiz on the code of conduct before you can do a case review, and if you fail you will have to wait 24 hours to try again.

Enforcement will get to your reports you made as soon as possible.

 

From my experience. The enforcement team has been performing their duties quite well.

If you find something inappropriate. Don't resort to verbally attacking or messaging the user doing something against the
Code of Conduct. Simply report the user, block them and move on.
