    I got banned on Xbox live. I was trading a game code and this guy scammed me, he then made multiple post saying i tried to scam him. i have pictures of the chat.so why was i banned.

    You can try submitting a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     but be aware that trading codes is a violation of the code of conduct so you were violating the terms just as much as he was.

    Also, you should not post offensive messages on the forums.
