    Earlier today my son received a nasty message on xbox live pm. He replied f*$k off. (My son is 19). The kid who started it reported it to xbox so my sons account has been suspended. I need to know how to email support? If my sons has been suspended then
    the other persons needs to be suspended. We have 6 gold memberships in our family alone and I am pretty pissed and ready to cancel them all. I am ok with rules but not one sided ones. Also, my son has never been in trouble with xbox before and he has had a
    live.account for as long as live has been around.
