    hi there my name is Jack and my gamer tag is and I was on my brothers account witch is N7xBALLER and I messaged someone thinking I was on my account on gta 5 online and I got a suspension on his instead is there anyway I can speak to someone
    to get it lifted off his account as it was my fault ?

    Hi there,

    A case review on the suspended account can be submitted at https://enforcement.xbox.com. It's the only way to contact the enforcement team as they do not use the forums and only they can respond to any enforcement actions they issue.

    If you received a suspension from Xbox Live, then after the suspension is over, the account will regain access to the service, provided another suspension was not issued. All information on how Xbox live suspensions work can be found at https://enforcement.xbox.com
