    I purchased and receive a new Xbox One S Gears of War bundle already received the console but have gotten no points for it ! Under pending points it says 0 can I please get some help I purchased it straight off the Microsoft website

    Lol, jstep! I play Live too but I don't feel useless. I like to reward myself with a bit of fun every time I finish my work or after I accomplish something important like wash all dishes in the sink Live Rewards :)

    No one ? It says on the rewards site I'm suppose to receive 50,000 Rewards points and in addition select free game on select consoles I have my receipt with all info needed if no one can help here can you please point me in the right direction please !

    The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped. If it's already been past 15 days, support will check on it. Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST and it can take a few days to receive a response.

    Thank You Smwutches ! It's been only 13 days I just got worried seeing nothing under pending. I knew it took a bit to show up in your account, but thought it would show under pending. Again thanks for your response.

    From the FAQ for that offer:





    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.





    The Credits are now pending in your account and will be included in your Mid-month deposit in January.

    Na, what we using here are called "Live" rewards, the other one is called Xbox rewards/Microsoft rewards(what we bout to switch to).
    Actually this is the Xbox Live Rewards program. What it is being switched to is Microsoft Rewards. There is no Live Rewards.

    lol this crap is all over the place. Xbox live rewards is sometimes referred to as simply "live rewards". I just used live cause It's faster. Stuff is confusing smh. Like right now they just switched the name this section of the forums is filled under from
    "xbox live rewards" to "Microsoft rewards". Even though the banner still says "Xbox live rewards". they jumped the gun.

    Anyway, I was just warning folks about the 3 month expiration date for $$$ when people start using "Microsoft rewards". People(especially younger folks) will still think they have a year to use the $$$.

    Only Xbox Live Rewards members are eligible for Rewards. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you are not eligible for any Rewards.

    As communicated on the website and to your email back in October, Xbox Live Rewards was transitioned to Microsoft Rewards in your region. Since you are no longer a Xbox Live Rewards member, you are not eligible for any Xbox Live Rewards offers.
