    please help me I don't understand why I have no Microsoft points and why it keeps asking me to re register I dread to say this but if I continue to get these kind of problems I think I might change console please fix this as it is very important to me as
    i should have quite a large some of rewards sitting waiting for me and apparently I don't HELP!!!!!

    Ive recently tried signing up for rewards but it keeps telling me i need an xbox live account. i have xbox live and im signed in when i try to register. whats going on?

    the xbox is asking me to register my xbox 1 device asking for my name country serial number and phone number otherwise it not letting me play any off my games is this new thing i got to do now? need help please

    Xbox Live Rewards for Belgium ?

    Hi Realrastax. It looks like you're a member of the program and registered in France, but Xbox Live Rewards is available in Belgium. You'd have to opt out and then re-register if you want to change your Rewards locale.
