Live rewards not converted into Currency

Hi. Could you please check why my rewards were not converted to currency yesterday? thanks.

MIcrosoft points convwersion

How do i know if the original Microsoft points , were converted into the xbox live rewards credits? i see no record of it ever being converted into the local currency?

Gem to credit conversion rate

Hello ohno itstheCoPz,

Since being introduced in October, Gems have never had a Credit or currency value assigned to them. They can only be spent on purchases from the Vault. However, we realize that users have grown attached to their Gems, so when you are transitioned to Microsoft
Rewards, they will be converted into points. Note that Microsoft Rewards points and Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same. Your Gems will not be converted into Xbox Live Rewards Credits if you choose to remain in the Rewards programs, but will be converted
into Microsoft Rewards Points.

Hi Corporate BBs. Credits pending from the 1st-15th of the month will be deposited before the last day of the month, and Credits pending from 16th-last day of the month will be deposited by the 15th of the following month. Since your 50,000 Credits were
awarded on the 6th, your deposit is scheduled for the next one on the 29th. Thanks for your patience.

Credits are automatically deposited into your account by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you got to 5,000 after October 15, they should be deposited on the 10th of this month (the next deposit date).

As was stated in the transition FAQ, which is now available at (https://rewards.microsoft.com/explore/xbox-to-ms-rewards-faq):

What about my current Xbox Live Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems balance?

If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on May 31, 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May, 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your Microsoft
account by June 30, 2018. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.

You will be able to see your deposit as currency on the Microsoft Commerce page. Your deposit was made on the 19th. They are not converted to Microsoft Rewards Points.
