    since i have been with xbox i have had live rewards, since the system did the stop the points system and was going to come back - i haven't been checkeing - christmas i get a thank you for 5 years with us - and go to log into see the draws - plus to see
    y i haven't gotten rewards on the money i've been spending - and i got stuck in a sign up page - then it cycles me back to log in and then it cycles me to sign up and then it starts over and over again - hence missed the stuff at christmas - then noticed i
    havent gotten points for the cash i've spent over 300 $ since july - no points ---- somebody - anybody want to fix this and straighten out my points please - one of the reasons i stay with xbox is rewards back ---- already didn't purchase another 2 games cause
    im not seeing rewards ----

    Live rewards became MS rewards. So they are the ones you have to contact.

    Xbox Rewards support still posts here and still assists with Xbox Rewards issues. Since his issue is an Xbox Rewards program issue, he needs to wait for a response from support here. Microsoft Rewards support will not be able to assist.
