Live reward balance seems wrong

For help with the Rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. If you can post which offers you're looking for credits from, that would help.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

We see that your account is accurate. Keep in mind that pre-orders and game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, as mentioned in the FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

So purchases like pre-orders and consumables like Grand Theft Auto cards or Forza tokens are not eligible.

Your Credits are deposited as currency into your Microsoft Account. This transaction is listed on your commerce page (https://commerce.microsoft.com/) as a refund with a negative amount. Since promotional currency
like Rewards Credits have priority over other funds in your Microsoft Account, your most recent deposit was already used on your purchase of Forza Horizon 3 DLC.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month so there is no longer a need to make a request.
