Live refund

Will Microsoft be offering partial refunds or adding additional time to current subscriptions? How many days has XBL been down the last year? Why are we paying for those days when Microsoft isn't providing the service we bought?

Can you cancel digital pre-orders?

Ive done refunds of digital purchases through live chat, I dont see why you have to call unless they had a recent policy change.

 

Microsoft will not be giving partial refunds, nor adding additional time just because of a few hours of downtime. When XBL goes down for a little while for whatever reason, it does not automatically mean you get your money back.

the issue and are working on a fix.

Hey medium bloke i PAY for Xbox live, so if the service i PAY for does not work i expect a refund.

Nothing you said can answer why it is that I MUST sign into X BOX live to play a non-interactive game? Answer me this, and then I won't be so angry. While system failures happen, it should not impact me playing a game non-connected.

Please advise, then give the refunds
