Live Profile > Game Default Options

Has the ability to set default game options through your Live profile been disabled? I recently began playing Blades of Time which inexplicably does not allow for inverted control of the Y axis in the game's options. I have read online that owners of this
game were able to invert the Y axis using this option on the Profile of their Live account. I see the option under Profile > Game Defaults > Action > Invert Y axis. However, no matter what I select here "Normal" or "Inverted" there is no change in the controls.
How are others able to achieve inverted controls in this game using the Profile options in Live? I cannot figure it out.

Both can be done in settings / login and security You can select a profile to be signed in automatically and can also delete the profile which is currently logged in.

I had the same issue. Its your privacy settings on your xbox live account. Go to account page - my profile - on the welcome page showing your name, gamer tag and gamer picture it should show three options on the right of the profile picture saying "appear
online, customize profile, and privacy options" go to privacy options and confirm that you are set to adult defaults.

picture pack is a selection of images that you can choose to be a profile pic (instead of the default Live avatar that you create) it is not something to be used in a game only on your profile pic.
