Live / Microsoft accepts recover stolen or defrauded codes, and then punishes the consumer!

I don't understand this!

I bought a download code, I created
an account, redeemed the code
(which was accepted in Live) and 45
days later they ban the account.

If the code was a fraud, because the
Live accepted?

If you can not buy third-party code,
because the Live sells lots of
codes and gift cards for
third parties?

It makes no sense! If the Live / Microsoft
security system is flawed and allows
steal code that also accepts rescue,
because only the consumer is blamed
and punished?

boodaddy you forget microsoft was an ISP once

and i suggest you google xbox live helps police find stolen XBOXes and more then once

it still requires the police officer to contact support with a warrant and only if the owner registered the console under his name

Microsoft points disappeared.

This is really an issue to discuss with Ebay and their program for defrauded customers. If the seller did not warn you the points would expire and knew it, then you were defrauded, and the fault lies with the seller, not the manufacturer (Microsoft).
