    Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

    Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

    Log out of all profiles on your console then remove your profile completely from the console. Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from
    the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload your profile and try logging in. Let us know how it goes. Good Luck!!

    So who's hot there account back after it's been hacked ?

    To the best of my knowledge, EA dont store any Xbox Live details, there just own details for EA logins etc. Did you use the same password for EA login as for Xbox Live login?

    What error does it give you when you try to login to the account using the Games for Windows LIVE client? And have you made sure to check the Windows Live ID that you are using to login to your XBOX Live account on the console and checked it with the Games
    for Windows LIVE account your trying to login to?

    Having a problem with lauching sea of thieve through steam.

    For the white screen is ok now. I manage to log in by keep printing pdf to see what is in the white screen and can login to xbox live however, The login xbox live keep on appear and I still cannot play the game.

    It keep asking me to login to xbox live.
