Live login corrupt? Causing redirect loop on login

I recently tried to set up an xbox live account for my son.

I have had the same error message come up everytime i try. I have tried logging in on the xbox, on a mobile device, on a tablet and a pc.

They all just say that there are ‘too many redirects’ and i should try clearing cookies. Obviously i have tried this and it still hasnt’t worked.

I tried sorting it with live chat but they also were unable to help.

Any advice in what to do?!?! It is driving me crazy!

Xbox video crashes when trying to stream bought movie or trailer . Nokia Lumia 1520

I'm also unable to access my videos on video.xbox.com. It sends me on an infinite redirect loop between my videos and the login site. It automatically sends me back and forth. It has been like this for 5 days now. In every browser.

 

windows live new terms of service unacceptable?

so i bought Resident evil operation racoon city on Steam

but i can't seem to logon onto my windows live account inside the game and redeem my serial code

so after alot of tries i went for the webpage to redeem my serial there

but then i have to accept the new terms of service from july 2011 (i do not use windows live very much)

when i press accept it redirects me to my hotmail to login when i login it redirects me back to accept the terms of service which redirects me back to hotmail login.

i can't accept the terms of service.

the support page got nothing to help and just redirects me here

 

Did you tried to create a new account? see if the error continues?

 

Yes. I set up a different email account and still the same problem.

 

I realize this is an old post, but I stumbled upon it recently. The solution for me was to download the Xbox Family Settings app. Once logged in, the issue was resolved in under 5 minutes.
