Live is still down?

Havnt turned my 360 on in months so wouldnt have noticed, time to get rid of it I think!

I imagine that this Lizard squad pride themselves in their basements to this very moment, that they have upset not only a company but millions of innocent folks that are just trying to enjoy their hobby in their spare time. Now whether this is down to being
an attack or not, I don't know. All the same, lets just hope it happens less frequently, from here onward.

 

By the sounds of things they're not a bunch of basement-dwelling neck-beards but a couple of 15/16 year olds who just discovered /b/ and decided to go full script-kiddie without a thought towards the long-term repercussions targeting companies like this

Korean government who are apparently *** off at a Seth Rogen film. The latter are just a bunch of script kiddies. And yes, they are attacking xbox live. Currently you are the only source on the internet claiming otherwise, and you are far less credible than

I suppose this is just the anti-Xbox illumaniti at work though.

 

It just worries me that both LIVE and PSN are so easily hacked. It gives me no confidence in either of them.

Making an idiot of myself by enjoying my XBox Games on XBox LIVE while a Silver Surfer jumps up and down on an internet Forum insisting that what I've been doing all weekend didn't actually happen?

Some people still go up to Buzz Aldren and try to tell him that he never landed on the Moon.

And he still punches them in the face.

 

Across the internet and on this forum people are reporting network issues on Xbox Live.

Yet one guy on a forum claims to have had no problems, thus concludes that everyone else is making it up.

Genius.

If you read my last post you would have noticed that MS themselves are reporting issues with Xbox Live Core Services. The affected platform is the Xbox 360.

They even make mention of the XBox LIVE service being affected.

It would be more helpful if they actually cited a better source than "read it on the internet" but these forms prove that's good enough for a lot of people nowadays.

Bit like the Tottenham Hotspur of the hacking world... if the best they've managed to do is disrupt the service "a bit".

I see this Lizard Squad even got a mention on Sky News yesterday, I bet that pleased them :/

I just don't get these people, why do it? is it just for the bragging rights? ... "Look what we done" type thing? all they do is cause grief for the genuine gamers.

As I see someone post on Twitter, why not put their effort into taking down sites on the internet that shouldn't be there and make the internet a safer place!

 

Is it really that hard to say "oh i got that wrong" guess it must be......
