Live is saying my gold is expiring when it has 1 year left

Hi,

I have bought xbox gold membership from microsoft on 2nd of July (this month). It is a 1 year membership and when I sign in on xbox one it is saying that your gold is expiring. When I go to my account from explorer it says 7/02/2017. I am so confused
as to what is happening. Can you guys help me out? Thanks

Xbox is saying that I don't have XBOX live gold, but it expires in 3 months

My xbox live gold is expiring on 12 december this year. But I can not login to Fortnite since today because my xbox is saying that my xbox live has expired. Anybody with the same issue, and a solution?

i got a message from LIVE and has no profile picture saying my xbox live gold trial was expiring soon but i haven't been on a trial for over a year and i already upgraded to a 3 month account 2 weeks before do i dis regard or is there something going on
with my account?

Hello

First try removing your profile and downloading it again if that doesn't work and it really bothers you, you could try and contact

Xbox Live Support via phone and explains what's going on. They can possibly remove your subscription and add it again which should clear up the message you're getting. It is however nothing to worry about as long as you see your full membership appearing
right here on the
subscription page

sorry, i checked my xbox live gold has expire at October 1, but I bought one year's membership at June 14th, why it is expire.

Are you saying that your Xbox Live Gold expired, then you added a 3 month card to your account?

If so, then you would have been removed because your Gold expired.
